Shipping & Packaging
Your order ships fully cooked, vacuum-sealed, and frozen to preserve peak flavor. We ship via UPS or FedEx in an insulated box with dry ice. Your order will arrive cool to partially frozen and will contain simple rewarming instructions. There might not be any dry ice left in the box upon arrival, this is completely normal!
To ensure the freshness of your order, and so your order has the best chance to arrive before the weekend, we only ship perishables Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We do not ship perishables Thursday through Sunday.
Orders typically arrive within 2-3 days of shipping.
Orders received after 11:30 AM CT or on holidays will ship on the next shipping day.
Examples:
- Order received at 1:00 PM on Monday will ship out Tuesday.
- Order received at 11:30 on Tuesday will ship out on Tuesday.
- Order received anytime after 11:30 on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (excluding holidays). Any orders placed after 12 PM (CST) on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday to ensure product quality.
When will my order arrive?
During checkout, you’ll select your preferred shipping method—either FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Standard Overnight. Delivery times depend on your location and the method selected.
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is packed or has shipped, we won’t be able to modify it.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not at this time. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also visit fedex.com and enter your tracking number at any time.
Will my food arrive frozen?
Your BBQ will arrive cold and safe to eat, ideally under 40°F. If you need your order to arrive fully frozen, we recommend selecting Overnight Shipping at checkout.
What if I’m not home when the package arrives?
We suggest tracking your order and making sure someone is available to receive it. Our quality guarantee applies to the time of delivery.
Can I order food that’s not listed on the shipping menu?
No. Only items made in our USDA-inspected kitchen are eligible for shipping. But we’re always working on adding more options!
How long can I keep the product in my freezer?
You can freeze any unused, unopened portions for 3–6 months—but for the best flavor, we recommend enjoying your ribs or pulled pork fresh.
