When will my order ship?

Orders are packed and shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (excluding holidays). Any orders placed after 12 PM (CST) on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday to ensure product quality.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery typically takes 2–3 days from the date your order ships. We ship Monday through Wednesday only, so your arrival window depends on when you place your order.

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is packed or has shipped, we won't be able to modify it.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not at this time. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also visit fedex.com and enter your tracking number at any time.

Will my food arrive frozen?

We put serious thought into our packaging to make sure your BBQ arrives the way it deserves to — cold, fresh, and ready to eat. Our insulated packaging is designed to keep everything at a safe temperature and may arrive partially frozen.

What if I’m not home when the package arrives?

We suggest tracking your order and making sure someone is available to receive it. Our quality guarantee applies to the time of delivery.

Can I order food that’s not listed on the shipping menu?

No. Only items made in our USDA-inspected kitchen are eligible for shipping. But we’re always working on adding more options!

How long can I keep the product in my freezer?

You can freeze any unused, unopened portions for 3–6 months—but for the best flavor, we recommend enjoying your ribs or pulled pork fresh.
